For aggregate reporting and the road to p=reject, it can be. Unspam's DMARC monitoring reads aggregate reports, names sending sources and checks each domain's readiness for p=quarantine and p=reject. It does not host DMARC, SPF, DKIM, BIMI or MTA-STS records, process forensic reports or send alerts. If you rely on OnDMARC's Dynamic Services, keep it.

How do I move DMARC reports from OnDMARC to Unspam?
Add Unspam's reporting address to the rua tag of your DMARC record. If OnDMARC hosts the record through Dynamic Services, make the change there; otherwise Unspam can add it to your existing record without changing your policy. A rua tag can list two addresses, so you can run both, but some receivers honor only the first two, so keep Unspam's among them. First reports usually arrive 24 to 48 hours after verification.
