Run deliverability across every client from one workspace.

Whether you manage email for 5 brands or 50, Unspam lets you test, monitor, and report on every client’s sending without spinning up a new account per logo. One pricing tier, every domain.

The deliverability problems we hear most.

Multi-client account sprawl

A separate seat per client means 30+ logins, 30+ Stripe invoices, and 30+ places to forget a renewal. There’s a better way.

Client emails about “their mail going to spam”

You hear about a placement problem the day it’s already a fire. By then the campaign is over and the client is unhappy.

Reports clients can actually read

Most tools spit out engineering dashboards. Clients want a one-page "here's the inbox rate, here's what we fixed" they can forward without explanation.

Why teams like yours pick Unspam.

Every client domain in one workspace.

One subscription, every brand you manage. Per-client placement + a 7-day spam-rate sparkline so you spot a drop the day it happens instead of the day a client emails you.

Per-provider placement, on every client domain.

Test placement against Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo, AOL, plus Google and Outlook business workspaces for every brand you manage. Same workspace, no per-client account needed.

How it works.

01

Add your client domains

Connect a sender for every client, no extra seats and no per-account fee. The same pricing tier handles 5 brands or 50.

02

Schedule daily checks

Autopilot runs placement tests on every domain on the cadence you pick. Alerts when any client’s spam rate climbs.

03

Diagnose with AI + tools

Every test ships with an action plan and SPF/DKIM/DMARC/blocklist results. Paste straight into the client report.

04

Send the report

Public report links for each test. Copy, paste, send. Clients click and see exactly what you saw.

A few common workflows.

How agencies actually use Unspam across a roster of clients. Each card is a real workflow we hear about every week.

  • Onboarding a new client

Run a baseline deliverability audit in the first week: SPF/DKIM/DMARC, blocklists, inbox placement on a sample send. Show the gap to fill.

  • Monthly client deliverability reports

Schedule a recurring weekly test, copy the public report URL into the client deck. One link, every detail, every month.

  • Concurrent campaign monitoring

Run tests in parallel across all your active client campaigns so you spot a placement issue at one brand without disrupting the rest.

  • Retainer renewals and QBRs

Deliverability data in your quarterly review deck closes more renewals than another slide on open rates. Pull the report URL straight from the dashboard.

  • White-label reporting via API

Pipe placement data into your Notion, Looker, or client dashboard via the White Label API. Your branding, our diagnostics.

  • Pitch decks for new business

Run a free baseline on a prospect’s last campaign before the sales call. Show them exactly where they’re landing and what you’d fix in week one.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is there a separate per-client price? +

No. Pricing is per workspace, not per client. One subscription handles every domain you add, whether that’s 5 or 50.

A client’s HubSpot or ActiveCampaign mail keeps hitting spam. Where do we start? +

Start with the platform’s own defaults: unconnected sending domains and shared tracking domains cause most of it. We keep step-by-step fix guides for HubSpot deliverability and ActiveCampaign deliverability, including how to test a real campaign send instead of a misleading preview.

Can my client team members see the reports without my login? +

Every test result has a public report URL. Send the URL and they can view the full breakdown without an Unspam account. For internal-only access (workspace logins for teammates), upgrade to the Agency plan or talk to us about a custom setup.

Do you white-label the reports? +

Public report pages render with Unspam branding. The White Label plan isn’t about rebranding those report pages. It gives you API access so you can pull test results into your own reporting flow (Notion, your client dashboard, your data warehouse) and render them with whatever chrome you want. Talk to us if you want this set up.

Can I add my own SMTP / sending IPs to the test? +

Yes, Unspam works with any sender (your own SMTP, ESP relays, Postmark/Mailgun/SES, etc.). The inbox-placement test grades whatever actually arrives at our seed list, so the originating infrastructure doesn’t matter.

How do we get alerts about a specific client? +

Each scheduled (Autopilot) test carries its own alert trigger: fire on every run, or only when the spam score crosses a threshold you set per test. All your clients live in the same workspace, so set up one Autopilot test per client domain and name it after the client; when an alert lands, the test name tells you exactly whose sending slipped. Before launching a client campaign, an email-verifier sweep removes invalid addresses that would otherwise tank the placement run.

Stop chasing client deliverability issues. Catch them first.
