Yes. The Free plan ships with a monthly allowance of spam tests, email previews, heatmaps, and inbox placements at zero cost, with the AI assistant included and no credit card required. Paid plans raise those monthly limits and add historical results.

What’s the difference between a spam test and an inbox placement test? +

A spam test scores a single message against deliverability signals (authentication, content, blacklists, HTML) before you send it. An inbox placement test sends your campaign to a seed list across Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo and other providers, then reports where each copy actually landed (Inbox, Promotions, Spam, or Missing). Most plans include both with separate monthly quotas.

Are email client previews included on the free plan? +

Yes. Every plan, including Free, comes with a monthly allowance of device previews: pixel-accurate screenshots of your email in 50+ real clients and devices (Gmail, Outlook, Apple Mail, iPhone, Android and more), each rendered in light and dark mode. The Free plan includes 3 device previews a month, Basic 10, Business 50, and Agency 250.

Can I upgrade or downgrade later? +

Any time. Upgrades take effect immediately and Stripe pro-rates the charge against the unused portion of your current cycle. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing cycle so you keep the higher limits until then.

Do unused tests roll over to the next month? +

No, monthly quotas reset on your billing anniversary. If you regularly hit the ceiling, upgrading to the next tier is usually cheaper than buying overage.

What payment methods do you accept? +

All major credit and debit cards via Stripe. Agency and White Label plans can be invoiced annually, with a discount; get in touch via the support chat to set that up.

Do you offer a money-back guarantee? +

Yes, a 14-day no-questions-asked refund window on all paid plans. Reach out from the support chat and we’ll process it the same day.

Can I cancel any time? +

Yes, from the Subscription page inside your account, or by replying to any invoice email. No retention calls, no hoops.

How many sender accounts can I connect? +

Unlimited. Connect as many sending accounts as you send from on any plan, and we never charge per inbox or per seat. Your monthly quota is metered by tests, not by senders.

Are inbox placement tests billed per inbox? +

No. Each inbox placement test counts as one test against your monthly quota, no matter how many seed inboxes it reaches. A single run delivers to a seed list spanning Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo and other providers and still uses just one test, so broader provider coverage never costs extra.
