Is Unspam a replacement for DMARCLY?
For aggregate reports, named sending sources and deciding when to enforce, yes: see Unspam's DMARC monitoring. Not if you depend on forensic reports, Safe SPF, TLS-RPT reporting or email alerts on DNS changes. DMARCLY has all four and Unspam has none of them.

First reports usually arrive 24 to 48 hours after verification, and the DMARC checker confirms the record reads correctly.
